Catching Up

Still working on catching up on all of the orders that were placed while I was out of town. Should be all caught up by the end of the week. Thank you so much for all of you who’ve been so incredibly patient.

Of course life’s little interruptions haven’t helped matters though. We’ve had dentist visits, orthodontist visits, a birthday and a graduation to attend. My daughter who was in the 8th grade had a graduation ceremony. When I was in 8th grade they just said “see you later and have a nice summer.” No ceremony, no special dance just for the 8th graders and certainly no requirement to buy two new dresses for the occasion! Because, of course, if you’re a teen girl you can’t be caught dead in the same dress you wore at the graduation ceremony to the dance! :-)

Delays – Back on Schedule

I’m sure those of you who’ve ordered lately have noticed that orders have been taking longer than the usual speed to get out. I wanted to report that the unusual volume of orders I’ve been receiving has slowed up now so I’ll be able to return to my usual turn around time. I’ve also received a wire shipment I was waiting on to complete some of your orders. Thank you for your patience!

About the orders and telephone calls…

While we love to talk to our customers when we have the opportunity to take your calls, please refrain from calling us right now while we are processing the backlog of orders from our temporary closure. We are not trying to ignore our beloved customers but are simply trying to complete your orders as quickly as humanly possible.

We know you are anxious to receive your orders! Gena has literally been working until 4 and 5 am in the morning surviving on a couple of hours of sleep to catch up on the orders. Please remember that orders are processed in the order they were received by us from our shopping cart so it is likely that there are others in front of you in the queue depending upon the date that you placed your order.

We’re working as fast as we can to catch up. Your patience is very much appreciated!
